beautiful villa "Aloha" is conveniently located in a small,
quiet exclusive gated community called Sunset
Lakes
. This "premier location" with up market executive villas
nestled round two private lakes, is truly just 3 miles from Walt Disney
World. It's proximity to Disney World makes it very convenient to return
to your villa mid-afternoon for a swim or siesta before returning to the
theme parks or shopping in the evening. |

is located in a peaceful, quiet location, yet only a few minutes drive
from the many restaurants, shops and supermarkets on Highway 192 West. Our
guests have complimentary use of the
Sunset
Lakes
community pool and the purpose built children's play area. Fishing is
permitted on the private lakes. There are several championship golf
courses within a few minutes drive of the resort. |

Our 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom luxury villa, overlooks the larger of the two
lakes from the master bedroom balcony, south facing screened pool and
specially extended patio. The villa is fully air conditioned, furnished and
equipped for 10 guests plus a baby/toddler with every home comfort including
satellite TVs (including Starz Movies and Setanta Sports), VCR, portable stereo, FREE high speed internet
access, full size cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer and
dryer, and all linens and towels. All 5 bedrooms have satellite TVs and selected
bedrooms also have DVD/VCR. At night, the colour change lighting in the
pool and fountain provides a wonderful backdrop for alfresco dining or
winding down after a full day. For your enjoyment the villa is equipped
with a full size pool table and air hockey table. |
