| Our
stunning 3000sq ft, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa at Sunset Lakes Resort
is exceptionally well maintained, fully air conditioned and luxuriously
furnished to a very high standard with many upgrades. It is fully equipped
for up to 10 guests plus a baby/toddler.

Relax in either of the two lounges, one with Satellite TV (including Starz
Movie Channels and Setanta Sports), VCR and portable stereo
(which may be used quietly outside). FREE high speed internet access is
provided.

| Enjoy
your meal in the elegant dining room or dine overlooking the pool in the
breakfast nook, conveniently located just off the kitchen.

| The
fully fitted kitchen is equipped with every convenience of home for your
self catering holiday including a full size oven and hob, fridge freezer
with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and much more. The kitchen is fully
equipped with dishes, glasswear etc for 10 guests. A separate laundry room
contains a washing machine, dryer and ironing |

| The
beautiful private pool and specially extended pool deck are south facing
and overlooking the larger of the two lakes. The pool area is screened to
keep out insects but still let the sunshine in. Swim, or simply bask in
and around the pool to the sound of water splashing from the fountain. At
night, the colour change lighting in the pool and fountain provides a
wonderful backdrop for alfresco dining or winding down after a full day.
For your enjoyment, the villa is equipped with a full size pool table and
air hockey table.

The villa has 5 large
bedrooms accommodating up to
10 guests plus a baby. All bedrooms have satellite TV (including Starz
Movie Channels and Setanta Sports) and selected bedrooms have
DVD/VCR
Upstairs is the
stunning master bedroom with king size
6'ft
bed, ceiling fan and full en-suite bathroom. Step out onto the balcony
over the pool area offering panoramic lake views and an ideal vantage
point to sit and relax watching the
Florida
sunset.

The master en-suite
bathroom has a
king size oval garden tub, separate
walk-in shower cubicle, his'n'hers
wash hand basins and a large
walk-in
wardrobe
/ dressing area.

Also upstairs, is
another double room with queen size bed, a twin room with 2 single beds
and a full
bathroom suite with a shower. The
double room has a beautiful view over the lake. All bedrooms and
bathrooms have ample built in
wardrobes. Hairdriers are provided as are all linens and towels, including
pool
towels.

On the ground floor is
another
double bedroom with queen size
bed. Sliding doors directly onto the
patio give a magnificent view over the lake.

Also on the ground
floor is the Disney themed twin bedroom with 2 single beds.
Between
these 2 bedrooms is a full bathroom with shower and a further half
bathroom with w/c, sink and shower.

All linens and towels
are provided, including pool towels. Hairdriers are provided.
All baby equipment is free of
charge and includes quality cot, high chair and stair gate.
Children in cots/cribs do not count
as occupancy.
